Shipping commitments may be extended due to Covid-19 delays. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking.

If you elect to ship to a country that is listed on the USPS suspension list the order will ship but may be held by the postal carrier for an undetermined amount of time. Use caution. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Wellsian reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method. Shipping times and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. *Note FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-10 business days. During the holiday season (Nov 1st – Dec 31st) production timelines may be extended. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of the ship date depending on the shipping method. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Wellsian has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. 

Return Policy

Damaged during shipping:
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
Completed orders:
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled for any reason. If you have any question about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact the home office directly by emailing –

All return shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser. Reshipment fees may apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address. 


If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined by the company that a change is necessary.

Product Warranty:

Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. There may be variations in shape, color, and size of products. Wellsian makes no warranty or representation as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, craftsmanship or any other warranty or guarantees concerning products or services purchased from or through Wellsian. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear. Wellsian reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned. 


Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color and design will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors and print quality may vary on different materials.
